1. The service

Tarefas Kids is operated by SynX — CNPJ 35.308.185/0001-80. It is a parental control platform made up of a web panel and Android apps, which lets the legal guardian create tasks and routines, limit screen time, block apps, track location, receive content alerts and validate tasks by photo/selfie with the support of artificial intelligence.

2. Who can use it

Adults over 18, legal guardians (parents or guardians) of children and adolescents;
The supervised device must belong to the family and be used by a minor under the parental authority of the account holder.

Express prohibition — use against third parties: it is forbidden to use Tarefas Kids to monitor a spouse, partner, employees, adults or any person who is not an underage child/ward of the account holder. Intercepting third-party communications without judicial authorization is a crime (Law 9.296/96, art. 10). By creating the account, you declare, under penalty of law, that you will use the service exclusively for legitimate parental supervision. Non-compliant accounts are terminated immediately, without refund, and serious cases may be reported to the authorities.

3. Account and security

You are responsible for keeping your email, password and PIN confidential, and for all activity on your account;
False information at sign-up may lead to termination of the account;
Notify us immediately in case of unauthorized use.

4. Privacy and consent

Data processing — including the child's — is governed by our Privacy Policy. Sensitive features (facial biometrics, location, screen monitoring) require specific consent from the guardian, collected within the app, and can be disabled at any time.

5. Use of artificial intelligence

AI validation of tasks is a support, not an infallible decision: it may wrongly approve or reject a photo. The guardian can always review and decide manually. Facial recognition mathematically compares the child's face with the registration made by the guardian and may also err — in case of failure, the task goes to manual review.

6. Availability and beta version

The service may undergo maintenance, updates and instability;
Features marked as beta may change or be discontinued;
Device blocking depends on Android permissions granted during setup — operating-system changes or removal of the permissions by the device user may reduce the effectiveness of supervision.

7. Payment

Plans, prices and trial period are presented at the time of purchase. Cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current cycle. During the beta period the service may be offered free of charge, with no commitment to continue the price.

8. Limitation of liability

Tarefas Kids is a support tool for parental supervision — it does not replace active oversight by guardians;
We are not liable for the acts of third parties, misuse of the service by the holder, or indirect damages;
Nothing in these terms excludes liabilities that the law does not allow to be excluded.

9. Intellectual property

The Tarefas Kids brand, code, design and content are protected. It is forbidden to copy, modify, redistribute or reverse-engineer them, except as permitted by law.

10. Termination

You can close the account at any time (panel or privacidade@synxbr.com) — the data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

11. Jurisdiction and law

Brazilian law applies. The jurisdiction of the consumer's domicile is elected to settle disputes.
